What can I say apart from Craig was amazing I phoned wondering why my castle wasn’t there they had no diary bookings that day panick sets in Craig done a little digging I had booked the wrong month ‘omg!!! No way’ I had a hall full of children Craig and team was at the destination within half hour and castle was up. I can not thank them enough for saving my bacon that day and all kids had a blast !!! After a bad experience with another company last year I was very anxious when looking around but I am so thankful I came across Chloes Castles. From the very first communication, through my queries and changes they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional even when I was being an awkward customer. The service and accuracy of delivery time was exceptional and we will be looking forward to using them again. Thank you so much, we had an extremely happy birthday boy.
