What can I say apart from Craig was amazing I phoned wondering why my castle wasn’t there they had no diary bookings that day panick sets in Craig done a little digging I had booked the wrong month ‘omg!!! No way’ I had a hall full of children Craig and team was at the destination within half hour and castle was up. I can not thank them enough for saving my bacon that day and all kids had a blast !!! We booked Chloes Castles in advance for a Childs birthday party. The owner was very supportive and knew the hall which we used so was able to advise sizes and fit of castles and soft play. He also arranged a face painter for us which made life easier. (She was brilliant.)They arrived on time and the boys that set up were extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend these people and would use them again in the future. Great service.
