What can I say apart from Craig was amazing I phoned wondering why my castle wasn’t there they had no diary bookings that day panick sets in Craig done a little digging I had booked the wrong month ‘omg!!! No way’ I had a hall full of children Craig and team was at the destination within half hour and castle was up. I can not thank them enough for saving my bacon that day and all kids had a blast !!! Amazing service and great communication. The guys arrived early and set the bouncy castle up perfectly for us to start putton up decorations straight away. They even rung me to let me know it was all set up and ready to go. I have used Chloes Castles for me childrens birthday parties for the past 6 years and I will continue too )
