I booked a combi castle for my sons 6th birthday party. I definitely recommend. They turned up as soon as the hall was booked and asked me where I wanted the castle. The man that stayed to supervise the castle was very helpful, helping us set up and he was great at entertaining the kids next to the castle, also very mindful of keeping all the kids safe. After a bad experience with another company last year I was very anxious when looking around but I am so thankful I came across Chloes Castles. From the very first communication, through my queries and changes they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional even when I was being an awkward customer.
