We booked Chloes Castles in advance for a Childs birthday party. The owner was very supportive and knew the hall which we used so was able to advise sizes and fit of castles and soft play. He also arranged a face painter for us which made life easier. (She was brilliant.)They arrived on time and the boys that set up were extremely polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend these people and would use them again in the future. Great service.

After a bad experience with another company last year I was very anxious when looking around but I am so thankful I came across Chloes Castles. From the very first communication, through my queries and changes they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional even when I was being an awkward customer. The service and accuracy of delivery time was exceptional and we will be looking forward to using them again. Thank you so much, we had an extremely happy birthday boy.
