After a bad experience with another company last year I was very anxious when looking around but I am so thankful I came across Chloes Castles. From the very first communication, through my queries and changes they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional even when I was being an awkward customer. Hired the hover ball pit and matts, the kids had such a great time. All the parents loved it. Arrived on time quick and easy set up by the staff and collection on time. Communication great from staff.
